Open Air Theatre
Nestled in a mango orchard this stunning open-air theatre with a tranquil ambiance is and ideal place for meetings, reunions and get-togethers. The 2500 square foot open-air theatre provides pillar less flexibility and can accommodate more than 750 members.
Mini Conference Hall
Attendees enjoy lovely views overlooking the natural greenery from this mid-sized conference hall. The hall offers audio and visual support, and accommodates up to 200 people. Chic and spacious, this hall includes a convenient pre-function area with close proximity to a well-appointed lobby and garden.
Board Rooms
Modern and comfortable, the boardrooms offer an ideal environment for gatherings from the largest client pitch to the most crucial internal meetings. Roomy and professionally appointed, the Boardrooms are sure to inspire constructive discussion and successful conferencing. There are two Boardrooms that can accommodate 30 people each.
Executive Smart rooms

BIDFin –Training
To address capacity building needs of microfinance institutions and NGOs, BWDA institute of Development Finance was started. This is the first of its kind in South India located in lush green mango and coconut plantations in Courtallam.
BWDA in association with many national and international development agencies has been a pioneer in training community based organisations and NGOs. Livelihood training, management training, EDP, branch management, microfinance etc are given to community representatives to make them self-reliant. BIDFin also trains institutional representatives in various managerial and strategic aspects of microfinance.
